Dear Clients,

Knowing, trusting, and liking your real estate agent is crucial to having a successful & enjoyable real estate transaction. Having an agent with a professional opinion you can rely on and trust is an essential advantage during the buying or selling process. I’ve written a brief auto-biography to orient you with what has led me to my position as a top producer in the real estate industry.

I was born in Ensenada, Mexico and grew up in Newport Beach, California. I am a member of a Real Estate family, with my mother who is a mortgage broker, a retired real estate developer for a father, and my sister who is an attorney and real estate broker. As a result of this family upbringing, I learned from a young age the importance of integrity, building trust based relationships and that more is achieved when you listen and understand the goals of the person you seek to help. I graduated from University of Arizona with a teaching degree. I put this to work every day with my philosophy, which is to educate my clients so that they are informed during every step of the process and are able to make the right decisions, while relying on my expertise. I volunteer at Keller Williams as an educator teaching a class to the new agents on how to stage, list, and price homes to sell.

I began my career in January 1997 and was named Collin County’s Rookie of the Year, as a result of producing over $6 million in sale’s volume my first year. Last year I produced over $10,000,000 in volume, with the help of a team of professionals with which I have surrounded myself. This volume resulted in my placement as the number 5 agent in the Frankford/Preston Market Center, which is home to 210 real estate agents.

In March of 2001, I joined the Frisco Keller Williams Market Center.
